• Develop a Health Blueprint and have a report with your results sent to you.

Program Details

• Laboratory Analysis 
  Our on-site laboratory staff will perform a broad spectrum of bio-chemical tests.
• Medical History & Health Risk Assessment
  Comprehensive review of your medical history, lifestyle and genetic risk factors.
• Physician Examination
  Our physicians take the time you need to listen to you, answer questions, and understand your health concerns. They discuss your risk of developing serious illness such as heart disease, stroke and cancer.
• Medical Diagnostics
  Our cardiac team assesses your heart health to determine the presence of disease in heart muscles, valves, heart tumors and early heart murmurs. We also assess for future risk of stroke, lung disease and cancer.

Health Blue Print Report

Your Health Blueprint Report is mailed to you three weeks after your Health Assessment. This report includes all your medical test results and lays out your current base-line health status rating. The combined results and in-depth preventative assessment from our team enables our physician to stratify your risk for developing heart disease, cancer and other disease states.
