History

Wellpoint Health Services Corp. was incorporated on November 29, 2004 under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). In February 2008, Wellpoint acquired 100% of the shares of Starpoint Health Corp., an occupational health and travel clinic operating in Calgary, Alberta. In March 2009, Starpoint Health Corp. was renamed Wellpoint Health Corp.
