The Wellpoint experience has been quite positive for me and my family. The biggest benefit is the amount of time that Dr. Sharma and the rest of the Wellpoint staff are able to devote to addressing specific health concerns that we have had. The physical exams and associated testing are very thorough, and the test results are explained in detail. Importantly, I feel that we can access immediate medical care at Wellpoint, if needed, and indeed, a Wellpoint doctor or nurse will come to us to look after routine as well as more urgent medical issues. I like the fact that I can look to Wellpoint to stick handle me through the medical system if a procedure is required.

As we get older (both I and my wife are in our 50s), it is more important to stay on top of health issues. The Wellpoint follow-up system does not allow us to put off periodic physical exams and associated testing. This is particularly good for busy professionals who have a hard time scheduling check-ups.

The Wellpoint people are friendly and caring, the facilities are modern and comfortable, and the overall experience is unlike that which one typically encounters in the mainstream Canadian medical system. In my opinion, the Wellpoint approach is what one ought to expect from a medical service provider.

Wellpoint has been a very crucial and strategic partner in helping Moore's Industrial Service to properly assess and treat our ill and injured workers. They have been very professional in their approach to Occupational medicine and have also been instrumental in helping our company plan, and facilitate our annual influenza shot clinic. My wife and I decided to go through wellpoint's comprehensive annual assessment - their entry level program - and spent upwards of almost 5 hours going through their program. We are going to do this every year going forward! What a Treat! We felt that we were a " guest " in your facility.

We received our health blue print report within a few days. Well done! Complete and comprehensive. All personnel were professional and to the point. The Physician, Dr. Monica Pearl was firm and competent. She had a wonderful bedside manner.

All my concerns and questions were answered with aplomb. Shauna Lindzon, the dietitian, was engaging and helped us to feel that we can handle the diet and nutritional adjustments in a " stunning " manner.

We were treated to a wonderful breakfast..it was as good as can be found at Chez Cora. And that is saying something!
