Travel Clinic
Wellpoint Health Services Corp is a Yellow Fever and Travel Vaccination Centre designated by Public Health Agency of Canada.
As an employer, we recognize that you are most concerned about your staff. Our health professionals will give your employees the information, vaccinations and medicine they need to stay as healthy as possible - before and after travelling.
Whether traveling for business or pleasure, let our health professionals address any concerns by offering a medical assessment, determining the right vaccine as well as supplying you with the necessary travel essentials for good health.

At your first appointment, you'll need to bring:
- Your travel itinerary
- Your current immunization records
- A list of your current health problems and medications
Your first appointment will take approximately 30 minutes while we:
- Review your past and present medical summary and immunization records
- Discuss your travel plans (itinerary, accommodations, and reason for travel)
- Offer advice, recommend vaccines, and provide prescriptions
To expedite your appointment, we recommend you fill out the Travel Medicine & Vaccination Information form and bring it with you.
- Travel Consult - $70.00
- Travel Consult – Couple - $130.00
- Travel Consult – Family - $180.00 (max of 3)
- Each additional member - $35.00
